The Pegasus Sewer Authority is a five member board appointed for staggered terms of five years each. The Authority was incorporated by the action of the Conemaugh Township, Cambria County Supervisors and by issuance of Articles of Incorporation by the Secretary of the Commonwealth on February 21, 1996.
