PEGASUS SEWER AUTHORITY TAP IN NOTICES

    PROPERTY OWNERS IN CONEMAUGH TOWNSHIP CAMBRIA COUNTY WITH STRUCTURES UTILIZING WATER, LOCATED WITHIN 150 FEET OF A SEWER LINE ARE REQUIRED BY TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE TO CONNECT OT THE SEWER LINE.  THIS REQUIREMNT TAKES EFFECT UPON NOTICE BY THE SEWER AUTHORITY OF THE AVAILABILITY OF A CONNECTION.  PROPERTY OWNERS ARE REQUIRED TO MAKE CONNECTION WITHIN 60 DAYS OF NOTICE.  CONNECTIONS MUST BE MADE ACCORDING TO AUTHORITY SPECIFICATIONS AND THE CONNECTION MUST BE INSPECTED BY THE AUTHORITY BEFORE BACKFILLING.  THE FOLLOWING IS A LIST OF AREAS OF THE TOWNSHIP FOR WHICH NOTICES HAVE BEEN MADE;

Bon Air and Truman Blvd area	January 31, 1999
